Genesis 1:9-13: Day Three – Blossoming of Divine Communication

🌟 The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

📜 Introduction

In the beginning, the journey of the soul begins with a spark—a divine invitation to awaken and create. Genesis 1:9–13 speaks of the gathering of waters and the emergence of dry ground—a moment of balance and preparation for life to blossom. This is not just a historical account—it is a living parable of your own spiritual awakening, the story of Adam’s journey within. It mirrors the inner landscape of your being—where the fertile ground of your voice emerges to create life and beauty through authentic expression.

Every word, every breath in this scripture mirrors our sacred journey: the emergence of clear communication, the creation of space for the truth to be spoken, and the blossoming of divine expression within. May this reflection guide you back to the Source of your being, as you awaken the light within and walk the eternal path of Adam’s transformation.

đź“– Scripture Passage
Genesis 1:9–13 (NIV)

9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so.
10 God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good.
11 Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so.
12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.

🕊️ Allegory & Metaphysical Interpretation

This passage reveals the emergence of fertile ground within you—an invitation to gather your scattered thoughts and emotions, creating space for your authentic voice to blossom. Just as the waters gathered to reveal dry ground, your mind and heart must gather in stillness so that the truth of your soul can emerge.

The dry ground symbolizes the firm foundation of your voice: a space of clarity and calm where words arise not from fear but from the divine essence within. This is the fertile soil of the Empress within you—nurturing, creative, and in harmony with the rhythms of life.

The vegetation that springs forth—seed-bearing plants and trees—reflects the fruits of your spoken word. Every word you speak is a seed planted in the world, carrying the power to nurture, heal, and create. The Empress archetype calls you to honor your voice as a vessel of divine creativity, speaking with the gentleness and strength that brings new life.

This passage is not separate from you—it is a mirror of your soul’s process. You are the fertile soil, the divine voice, and the nurturing spirit that brings it to life. In gathering your energies and attuning to the Source, you reclaim your role as co-creator with the Divine—letting your voice be a blessing to the world.

đź’Ž Emerald Tablet Insight

Tablet VII – The Seven Lords

“Speak thou in words without voice to those who dwell down below. Enter the blue-litten temple and bathe in the flame of all-life. Then shall thou blossom as flower of Light and the voice of the eternal shall echo within.”

This mystic insight aligns beautifully with Genesis 1:9–13, where the dry land appears, and the earth begins to bring forth—first grass, then herbs, then fruit-bearing trees. This is the day the Word becomes fertile, and divine communication takes root in form. The Emerald Tablet reminds us that real speech is not of the mouth, but of the soul. When Adam steps into this third phase of awakening, the “earth” of his being becomes stable ground—ready to receive the seeds of divine wisdom and express truth from within. The blossoming of herbs and fruit reflects the activation of the Throat Chakra, where sacred speech arises, not from control or ego, but from the Voice of the Eternal echoing through a fertile, awakened soul.

🌟 Tarot Guidance

This balances the rational, patriarchal frameworks and helps integrate heart with mind, intuition with logic.

Tarot guidance offers archetypal mirrors that help us access subconscious patterns and spiritual lessons. The Empress, in particular, embodies nurturing expression that resonates with the throat chakra’s unfolding.

The Empress – She is the embodiment of nurturing abundance and the voice of creation. The Empress encourages you to speak your truth with loving authority, knowing that your words are seeds of life and beauty. Let your voice be a sanctuary for your soul’s fertile garden.

🌟 Why Use Tarot to Help Explain the Bible?

Tarot and the Bible both speak the language of the soul—a symbolic language that transcends time, culture, and religious tradition. When we read the Bible as a mystical or allegorical text, Tarot becomes a powerful companion tool that can help us:

🌟 A Course in Miracles Reflection

A Course in Miracles invites us to shift from fear to love, seeing every word and action as an expression of divine blessing and service.

Key Lesson: “My holiness blesses the world.” (Lesson 37)

Reflection: Just as the fertile ground brings forth life, your voice—when aligned with your soul—blesses all who hear it. Let your words be a wellspring of divine nurturing and healing.

🎶 Voice of the Empress – A Soundscape for the Soul’s Blossoming

Within the stillness of Day Three, as Adam gathers inward and the sacred ground appears, a new frequency begins to rise—not from noise, but from alignment. This is not the beginning of speech, but the awakening of the inner voice—a voice rooted in the soul’s altar, formed in silence, and nurtured by divine presence.

Voice of the Empress is a sonic offering tuned to 741 Hz, created to support the unfolding of the throat chakra and the gentle emergence of sacred expression. It honors the Empress within Adam—the receptive, creative field where divine intention becomes sound, and sound becomes seed.

Let this music be your companion as you return to your voice—not the voice shaped by performance or expectation, but the one seeded in truth, tended by love, and spoken from clarity.

Breathe it in.
Let it bloom.
Your soul is ready to speak.

✨ Closing Blessing

May the voice of the Empress rise within you—nurturing, truthful, and in harmony with divine love. May your words be seeds of light, blessing all who hear them. So may it be.

  • While I deeply appreciate the desire to reflect on the beauty and depth of Genesis 1:9–13, as a follower of Christ, I feel called to gently share a different perspective. The creation account in Genesis is indeed rich with meaning—it reveals God’s intentional, ordered, and literal creative work. Each day of creation points us back to the power, wisdom, and sovereignty of the one true God. On Day Three, we witness the earth bringing forth life at God’s command, not as a symbol of inner awakening, but as a demonstration of His glory and provision.

However, I find it spiritually troubling to see Scripture interpreted through the lens of Tarot, chakras, and metaphysical energies. While such practices may feel symbolic or even healing, they stem from spiritual systems that are incompatible with the biblical worldview. God has given us His Word, not divination tools or archetypes, as our source of truth and guidance (2 Timothy 3:16–17). In fact, the Bible repeatedly warns against occult practices that draw us away from reliance on the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 18:10–12).

True divine communication doesn’t come from within us or through mystical rituals—it comes from God, who speaks clearly through Scripture, prayer, and the person of Jesus Christ. He is the living Word (John 1:1), and His voice is all we need to hear to be transformed. While creative reflection is beautiful, we are called to test every spirit and return to the unchanging truth of God’s Word (1 John 4:1).

May all who read this be drawn not just to symbolic light, but to the Light of the World—Jesus—who alone brings life, truth, and salvation.

    Blessings in Christ. ????

Thank you for taking the time to share your heart so graciously. I honor your deep love for Christ and your reverence for Scripture—it is clear that your words come from a place of sincere care and devotion.

What I share on alchemistiris.com is not intended to replace or diminish the sacredness of the Bible, but to illuminate the inner journey that many spiritual seekers, including myself, experience as part of our unfolding relationship with the Divine. The lens of energy healing, symbolic archetypes, and spiritual metaphors I use is not meant to rival the Word, but to explore the inner meaning beneath the literal surface—a tradition of interpretation that has long existed within mystic branches of faith.

I understand and respect that metaphysical tools like chakras and Tarot may feel incompatible with certain theological frameworks. My intention, however, is not to promote occultism or elevate any tool above God—but rather to use these as mirrors for deeper soul work, always pointing back to the Source. To me, these symbols reflect the same spiritual truths Jesus taught: of inner transformation, discernment, and divine union.

I also believe that Jesus, as the living Word, speaks not only through Scripture but also within the heart—calling us each by name, in the language we are most able to receive. For some, that is the written Word alone. For others, it includes parables, poetry, silence, symbols, or even dreams. I trust that the Spirit moves in mysterious yet intentional ways, always calling us into greater truth.

So thank you again for your comment—it’s voices like yours that keep this space open to true dialogue. May we all continue to seek truth, with humble hearts and listening spirits.

      With gratitude and peace,

  • This was a powerful reminder to trust the divine wisdom within. I love how it encourages tuning into our inner voice and embracing the unknown. Personally, I’ve found that quiet reflection and affirmations help me stay connected to that inner guidance. What simple daily practices would you suggest for someone just starting this journey?

Thank you so much, Kiersti, for your thoughtful reflection. I’m deeply encouraged that the message spoke to you. Trusting the divine wisdom within truly is the heart of this journey—a quiet unfolding, like the earth bringing forth life on Day Three.

Your practice of quiet reflection and affirmations is already a beautiful foundation. For someone just beginning, I suggest starting with simple, nourishing rituals that build inner trust over time. Here are a few practices to consider:

      One-Minute Breathwork
Take a moment each day to pause and breathe deeply—five slow, conscious breaths. It helps anchor you in presence and opens the space for inner clarity.

      Morning Whisper Journaling
Before the day begins, write one sentence from your heart. Something like, “Today, I choose to listen.” Let it guide your awareness throughout the day.

      Water Blessing Ritual
When drinking water, silently or aloud, set an intention: “May this water nourish my body and renew my spirit.” It transforms a simple act into a sacred connection.

      Touch the Earth
Stand barefoot on the ground or place your hand on a tree or plant. Even a few seconds of stillness in nature helps reconnect you to the quiet voice within.

Each of these practices is a gentle way of saying yes to your inner guidance—of honoring the sacred in the everyday.

Thank you again for being part of this journey. I’m grateful for your presence.

      Warmly,

  • Wow! This is another level I have not ventured in.  It is a different path from what I’m taught from.  As a bible student, I see another avenue that is discussed to link the two to get a visual, internal and external view of soul journey. These terminologies are not in my vocabulary but it is interesting how the topic is interwined and the words are mingled that speak the universal archetypes.  It’s like the article is having you go to another level of higher mind and spiritual understanding.  I’ve never done Tarot but it is interesting to have a general understanding and how it can merge or mingle with the Bible on a spiritual level.  In other words, being open minded and not closed minded to have a basic understanding of the various beliefs, the sacred, the subconscious and more is the way to go.  Thanks for sharing

Cydney, thank you so much for your open-hearted reflection. I deeply honor your perspective as a Bible student, and it means a great deal that you approached this piece with such curiosity and spiritual maturity. You captured the intention beautifully—this isn’t about replacing traditional teachings but expanding the lens through which we view the sacred. The soul’s journey is layered and multifaceted, and when we allow symbolic language, universal archetypes, and intuitive tools like Tarot to mingle with scripture, new depths of meaning can bloom.

Tarot, when used as a spiritual mirror rather than a tool of prediction, often reflects what sacred texts have long taught us—about choice, faith, shadow, light, and inner transformation. I’m grateful that you could feel how these paths can intersect to invite us into a higher mind and deeper heart. Your openness is the key that unlocks the door to deeper connection. Thank you for walking through that door, even for a moment. I’m so glad you’re here.

      With reverence,

  • This blog beautifully blends scripture, metaphysics, and symbolism to explore spiritual awakening through the voice. I especially loved how the Empress archetype and throat chakra were used to illustrate the power of expression. It felt both mystical and grounded. The integration of Tarot, energy healing, and ritual created a full-circle experience that resonated deeply. I’m curious, how do you recommend someone new to Tarot begin using it alongside scripture without feeling overwhelmed?

Thank you so much, Kavitha, for your beautiful and thoughtful comment. I’m so glad the post resonated with you—especially the weaving together of the Empress archetype and throat chakra as a lens for divine expression. That full-circle experience you mentioned is exactly the intention behind these offerings: to bridge the mystical with the grounded, helping us embody the sacred in daily life.

As for your wonderful question about starting with Tarot alongside scripture—what a sacred journey that can be! I recommend beginning with just one or two archetypes that speak to your spirit. For example, The Empress, The High Priestess, or The Hermit are gentle yet powerful initiators. Instead of trying to learn the whole deck at once, let one card become your companion for a week. Pair it with a scripture that mirrors its energy (like Genesis 1:11–12 with The Empress, symbolizing fertility, growth, and divine creativity).

Let the card become a mirror. Sit with it, journal its messages, and invite it into prayer or meditation. Over time, your understanding will deepen not just intellectually, but intuitively—guided by Spirit rather than pressure.

I may create a gentle guide or ritual series on this very topic soon, because I know how nourishing this practice can be. Thank you again for your presence and reflection—it’s deeply appreciated!
